• Own project positioning, service structuring, cost planning, and delivery strategy across key developments.

• Own and manage regular project updates, milestones, and internal reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Share clear, high-quality project insights with internal teams and stakeholders on a consistent schedule.

• Develop long-term strategies for cost planning, service structuring, and project packaging.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to continuously refine construction offerings and delivery models.

• 4+ years of experience in construction project management, planning, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Proven project management and execution capability, able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
